A trip to Haiti is all it took for Gabrielle to meet the love of her life, her now fiancé, Markens. These two, over the past few years, have built the most beautiful relationship. I have known Gabrielle since high school. Her and my sister were two peas in a pod and spent countless hours together. I feel so honored that Gabrielle and Markens have asked me to photograph their wedding day and capture their beginning together in the States. I don’t take the magnitude of this lightly.

When Gabrielle and I were planning outfits and all of the details for their session, I was bursting with excitement. I knew that these two would be naturals in front of the camera—all it takes is two people madly in love. If you looked it up in the dictionary, you’d find Gabrielle and Markens’ names. Their session was filled with happy dances, golden light, and lots of love. I’m so grateful to be a part of this exciting season of their lives.
